Quality Control Process

 

To ensure the quality control, a complete quality control system has been established and carried out strictly as follows:

1) Before becoming a formal long term partners, all suppliers will be reviewed strictly in these aspects of production capacity, quality control system, working environment and R&D capacity, meanwhile they will also be asked to provide international quality certificates, such as RoHS, CE, UL and so on.

2) All parts or raw materials will be allowed to move into the raw material warehouse when inspected by our technical engineers and QC and meet the quality requirement. Otherwise they will be shipped back to the suppliers if disqualified.

3) All parts or raw materials are carefully moved into the working shops, and produced into final products, which will be inspected and tested at each production process without any carelessness by QC and then shipped into final product storeroom. During the time of inspection, if we find some products with however poor quality, they will be all weeded out and dealt with strictly, prohibited to deliver by means of good luck with qualified ones to our customers.
